Comment: Circa 1952, an overview of the "almost finished" GD #2. Note the various "stand-in" structures, and DG&H 0-6-0 #1, which was later stolen.
GB_GD2_JA_Portrait_1950 * The famous 1950 photo of JA spiking track by the engine house; appears on page 285 of Steam Echoes, as well as the Sept. 1952 Model Railroader cover. * 8779 x 8899 * (50.08MB)

GB_GD2_Gorre_1 * A rare color photo overlooking Gorre; the train on the trestle has Glenn's loco and caboose. * 10928 x 8403 * (86.49MB)

GB_GD2_Gorre_2 * Circa 1951(?), as the 0-6-0 and Docksider are stock and undecorated, but more scenery is complete. * 11031 x 8061 * (55.11MB)

GB_GD2_Gorre_3 * A similar photo, but with two mystery locos (possibly Glenn's?) * 11170 x 7761 * (46.57MB)

GB_GD2_Gorre_4 * A B&W photo similar to the previous color photo. * 11181 x 8788 * (65.73MB)
